As an angry mob brandishing pitchforks, torches and YouTube videos of Mark Foley closes in on Dennis Hastert--the Republican Speaker of the House has found himself a same-sex political partner to help him weather the lonely scandal: President George "Denial" Bush.

According to the Washington Post, Bush described Hastert as,"a father, teacher, coach who cares about the children of this country."

Hmmm...OK. But does he like to cuddle? Enquiring minds want to know.

Hastert and Bush have been not-so-secret political spouses for quite a while. Afterall, it was Hastert who gave President Bush the Legisltative branch of government as a wedding gift.

And just like super loyal sorority sisters (BFF!!), Hastert's Republican bridesmaids are not far behind. No sooner did President Bush express his "confidence" in Hastert than the rest of the Republican Caucus fixed its make-up and lined up behind their boss--the President Speaker.

Love is in the air! Oh, geese. I think I'm gonna cry...
